this restaurant is the reason we order food to go. we were crammed into a little table where we couldn’t help but b talked over by the tables beside us because they were so close. R butts didn’t even fit in the little chairs. It was terrible, felt like a sardine. Couldn’t even set my purse down anywhere. Waitress came within 2 min of sitting down, rushing us to order. Didn’t tell us any happy hour specials, NOTHING. Ordered drinks and food together she was in such a rush. Food came out via someone else (hate when your waitress doesn’t have the nerve to deliver her own food…) in 5 minutes. Was bothered about 4 times over my shoulder because she couldn’t get anywhere near the table during r meal to c if everything was okay. People bending over us and walking so close couldn’t help but b interrupted every 5 minutes. Then bill came 2 min after she cleared. RUSH, RUSH RUSH. Wouldn’t go back there if u paid me. Food was okay, but didn’t get time to enjoy it. Again, this place is the reason we always order take out. Do not go on a Friday at 5:30 pm. Just skip it or get it to go. Unless u like sitting in a sardine can…
We had two dinners here. It's a great place for a beer and a burger. It is loud, lively and spirited. Service is not fast but you can't be in a hurry when you come here. I recommend it.
The food was very good. But you have to wait more than an hour to get it. When we arrived it took a few minutes for a drink order. It took 15 minutes to get a food order. It took more than an hour to get the food. We were about to leave when they brought it by. We took it to go. No adjustments or apologies.
First time here. Went for lunch on a Saturday. Place was near capacity inside. Lots of dog friendly patio seating outside. Service was nice. We had a burger (pretty good) and some chicken fingers (pretty good). Food took about 45 min. Mostly a drinking crowd (at noon) it seems. TVs at the bar.
This was a place a lot my riding (motorcycle) buddies have ridden to. While I was in the area, I wanted to stop by. The parking lot is a dirt lot and full of cars. We decided to parking in front on the street (Palms Hwy). You had to enter from the back which was the outdoor patio area. We grabbed a drink and sat to listen to the live music. If you wanted to eat, you would have to go inside and put your name on the list. We didn't have to time to wait so we past up the food.
The locals are what make this bar worth going back for. The waiters don’t practice being polite. Don’t expect to make friends with the staff.

A bit of a wait for food, however, our server was delightful 😊

Went with my family for dinner and we all had a great experience. Hostess was great and got us seated immediately and our waitress was straight over to offer drinks as soon as we were seated. Food was very tasty all around. Biggest surprise was the price which I thought was very reasonable.

Let me tell you about how my first trip to Joshua tree was spoiled. We came to this place, super stoked ready to have a good meal. Not only did it take 2 hours, the manager tried to fight me, in terms of minutes, how long we had to wait without service. Please don’t come here, please. Awful service, awful management. You can definitely find better out here.

Super sweet potato fries with Impossible burger. Very good. Desert Citrus beer was refreshing. But 4.45 for a soda?!

We had burgers and beers. The burgers were cooked to a nice pink center and delicious. The restaurant is lively and family friendly. Great place to get a meal in Joshua Tree!

Hostess was very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately that's where the good about this place ends. Service was horrible. Completely ignored for long stretches. Ordered taquitos as an appetizer. Willing to bet they came from a freezer bag. I ordered the ribs. Tasted disgusting. Didn't get past three bones. Daughter orders the bbq chicken sandwich. She said it was fine. Find anywhere else to eat.
