This is our ALL TIME FAVORITE pizza spot. We love Joshua tree and found sky high pie about two years ago. Since then we have visited three times, our most recent stop being today. We were on our way home from our 12 day long road trip to CO, and decided to add an extra hour to our drive just to come back to sky high as a end of trip treat to ourselves. The staff is friendly, the building has the perfect desert atmosphere and the pizza… just absolutely amazing. Our favorite is the cheesy marinara and we add meatballs. The meatballs are just to die for. So tender and they just melt in your mouth. And the CRUST.. don’t even get me started. Just the best, the absolute best. The cannoli was also amazing. Perfect sweet treat to top it off. Sorry, no picture of the pie, it’s just that good. We love y’all :’)

Sky High Pie is hands-down one of the best gems in town! The pizzas are incredible—flavorful, perfectly baked, and always fresh. I’m also obsessed with their meatballs and beef skewers, which are packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on dessert… the triple berry scones are heavenly, and the soft serve is honestly my favorite treat. Everything here is handmade, and you can taste the love and care in every bite.
What makes this place extra special is the service. Chris is amazing—attentive, sweet, and always friendly. He listens, brings the food right to me with napkins and utensils ready, and makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find customer service like that, and it really makes Sky High Pie stand out.
I’m a local, and honestly, I don’t frequent many restaurants around here—but this spot is the exception. I come back at least once a week, and it never disappoints. If you’re in town, do yourself a favor and stop by. Sky High Pie is a Joshua Tree treasure!

I’m sitting here at Sky High Pies in Joshua Tree. This is hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten. Better than every place I’ve had pizza in NYC (at least 30), Chicago (maybe 10 spots, but among the best), LA (around 30) and New Haven CT! Come here. Eat pizza. Trust me.

Could not believe our luck. Hangry kids in the back of the car, you know how this goes, stopped to check they have vegan cheese otherwise we’d be looking a pot noodle supper! Turns out they have vegan pepperoni and sausage too! Honestly the best pizza we’ve ever had. The ginger cider was heavenly too!

I went here this past Saturday, 7/26, and ordered 2 pizzas, a recommended sour beer, a cider, and a cannoli. I was informed that they were out of cannolis but later in the meal they said they can get one made up for me, I insisted it was okay and THEY MADE ME THE CANNOLI ANYWAYS!!! So freaking sweet and the cannoli, pizzas, and drinks were delicious. You guys rock as always, thank you!!

This pizza was just what I needed after a long day of hiking in Joshua Tree. Very good food! The cesar salad was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The music playlist was 🔥 I will definitely be stopping by the next time I visit Joshua Tree.

Delicious pizza!! Went for dinner, the staff was very nice and fast service. This is the best pizza we have had. The crust is thin and very tasty. Before we left we stopped by and ordered some breakfast. The Chef was the sweetest. I will definitely come back to this place next time .

Terrible pizza (margherita with vegetable toppings). Sauce too thick and oily. Not really a nice place to sit and enjoy, either. Even the table out back wasn't very nice.

We walked in an ordered the Sky High, House Salad, Cheese Bread, and Tiramisu. All of it was bombdiggity. The bread is on sourdough and easier on the stomach from the gluten. Will be back today to try another pie.
