I placed my order at 6:08pm and received an email saying it'll be ready between 28-33minutes. Upon arrival, employees kept mentioning to everyone the wait time will be 1hr to 1.5hrs. I recieved my food past 8pm. That's a total of 2hrs waiting. I asked for two complimentary drinks since I waited so long and was told I've been waiting 1hr. Unless my order isn't considered until 33minutes pass? Two complimentary drinks while waiting longer than everyone who came and left before us wouldn't hurt anyone. Just an unhappy, hungry customer. PLUS, the wings were not fully sauced. As if given the last spoon of sauce left and sent it out.

Not sure who management is for this location as they are never there. We stopped coming here three years ago for the fact that the wings were undercooked and took way too long to get. We decided to give them a try again and was not worth our time. Took about an hour to get our order and then they give us the wrong other. The girl eye rolled and then asked us to wait for them to fix it. By the time they gave us the correct order, our fries were cold. We thought they were going to give us new fries as well but they didn't.

Over cooked and dry like the turkey on the Christmas vacation movie!! I contacted corporate and ask for somebody to contact me ,, CRICKETS. I NEVER give reviews but for it was the worst 50 dollars I ever spent on food. would have given a -5 if I could.

Very slow service, the 3 times I have visited this place, the soda machine never NEVER has ice.
I order hella door dash if I ordered online I woulda been had my food I was waiting for a ten piece wing a whole hour with people in the car , I feel like they need to at-least make priority the people who standing looking at them I don’t even care how the food taste by the time i got it I wanted to throw

Food is always 30 minutes late at a minimum. What's the point of getting a pick up time if you still have to wait. I'd get it if was 10-15 delay but it's always over 30 minutes late. You can order from here, and start a Disneyland ride line at your time of pick up, get in line ride the ride and be done before your order is actually ready. This place is TRASH.

Horrible service!!!! Order online and never ready on time. I went in today and I placed my order online at 6:21pm selected pick up at 7pm. So I get there and then the TM response was it's going to be a long time for your order to be ready I then asked how long... his response was like 40-50 minutes. I was like whattt??? Then he was like look stand right there and look at all the orders we have!!!!! What kind of response is that??? So unprofessional!!! So rude!!! Never going to that location again!!! To top it off I cancelled my order and they didn't give me a refund due to not having a manager. They said I will get a call within three days and then see if I can get my money back for an order I never took nor they made nor prepared!!! To top it off it’s already been more than two weeks and I stillHaven’t received my refund. Very unprofessional just giving me the run around.
