I placed my order at 6:08pm and received an email saying it'll be ready between 28-33minutes. Upon arrival, employees kept mentioning to everyone the wait time will be 1hr to 1.5hrs. I recieved my food past 8pm. That's a total of 2hrs waiting. I asked for two complimentary drinks since I waited so long and was told I've been waiting 1hr. What a joke this place has become. The wings are still good, but it seems management has taken a downturn and the staff is mismanaged. Orders take double the time quoted, and in my last visit I wasn't even able to get my order because it was mismanaged. A let down, as this place used to be great.

Unnecessarily difficult to place an order over the phone. Every time I would be placed on hold I would wait 6 minutes then I would be hung up on. After 20 minutes of trying to talk to someone to place an order. I felt rushed from the cashier and when I asked for my total. I was hung up on.
