“I like coffee and this place makes fantastic coffee.I also liked the hit Netflix show, Altered Carbon, but they cancelled that. They seem to cancel all the good shows, but always have money for "Hawtie Mommy Island" reality shows.I also like kippered herring, but don't go looking for it at this coffee shop. But it is also not something I would expect them to have, as they serve primarily coffee and coffee adjacent items, so I am not disappointed with their lack of the tinned fish.“
“The staff is wonderful and always so friendly. They are extremely patient with those of us that don't drink coffee very often and may sometimes need some guidance ? I know that I could save so much just buying bottles of cold, Starbucks coffee from Costco but I just enjoy the service and the convenience so much ? It helps to get my morning started.“
“No A/C in 100+ degree weather so don't eat in. But their food, donuts, and coffee are phenomenal. Their staff are amazing, accommodating, super friendly and will sub just about anything you want. Drive through is slow but at least you can sit in your car with the A/C on. I feel so bad for the staff who have to work in that heat. Yet, they remain professional and friendly.“
“The coffee here is excellent. I wanted a sugar free foo foo coffee drink so I ordered one, drank it and my blood sugar levels went through the roof. When I went back to inform the staff told me that there is sugar in the base so don't fool yourself into thinking that the sugar free coffees are okay if you're diabetic but if you are not, GO! This place makes great coffee, cappuccino, espresso and foo foo coffee. I won't be back but it's not because the coffee isn't good, it's because I know what I like and want but it's a no no for me. Shucks!!Did I mention the salads? This place has great salads and they're very reasonably priced. I couldn't give it less than 5 stars as that wouldn't be fair. It just doesn't work for me. “Long drive, stopped in Mt Shasta to look for a cup of coffee. Lo and behold, there was the cutest little coffee shop right there, Jitter Bean. Yeah! I felt so happy when the owner said she knew exactly what I meant when I described what I felt like drinking. And she Nailed it! I will definitely be back every time I drive by, and I tell others. I wish I would have caught her name, but the barista and owner, she was incredibly nice and we laughed about stuff. Probably one of the best cups of coffee on the road you can get. “Visited this cute place for the 2nd time today. First time I visited with my fiancé we both had a chili cheese dog, the chili was fantastic! Mid-meal I noticed they had a soup of the day and said something about it to my fiancé. 5 minutes later the owner brought me a sample of the soup saying, "I over heard you, here's a sample, let me know what you think." It was delicious! Great customer service. Today my fiancé got a cheeseburger. The juices were dripping out and it was so delicious. I had the broccoli cheddar soup (A-maxing) and grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was basic and delicious (my tummy was not happy today so I chose the grilled cheese for that reason). So happy with Howling Dog. We will be back.“
“Good food and friendly staff who had our food to us as quickly as any cafe ever has. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast burrito and would definitely recommend the spot. The shopping center is a little run down, but this place is a little ray of sunshine.“
“I absolutely LOVE this place. The owner's/partner's are the friendliest awesome people. I was in Kelseyville, visiting from Fresno, and my sister took me to Marcel's French Bakery to try there pineapple tart. OMG...can you say DELICIOUS?!? it was SO good, that i now make it a point to stop there for my pineapple tart with fresh fruit on it, every time i go to Kelseyville. I was there again in Sept and they were sold out....OH NO!!! The guys were simply amazing remembering that i lived 5 hours away, they sprang into action and made me one on the spot. “I enjoy this quaint neighborhood coffee shop. It is always clean. There are 4 different kinds of coffee to choose from. If you're in a hurry you can just drop your cash with the cashier and go on your way. The seating is comfy. Internet works well.“
