Chef John and his pairing creations are a highlight of Sonoma Wine County. Personally prepared and served by Chef John, paired with outstanding Mayo wines. A true pleasure all around. Sit inside for an elevated experience, outside for more casual. A wonderful way to spend an hour and a half!
This is the ‘Not to be missed' destination for food and wine pairing. I've been there many times and have always been delighted. The wine, the food, the service all 100%!
We had a great time at the Mayo Reserve Room. The food and wine pairing was delicious and Chef John & Kelly were delightful. John explained each pairing and why they chose a particular dish to pair with each wine. My favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon and braised short ribs, the pairing was supurb! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
