While this restaurant was clean and service was great, the food was very meh. We had to have 2 of our sandwiches remade it looked like one of the meats literally ate a bite then made the sandwich… then had the wrong bun. They quickly remade it with no hesitation but I still can’t unsee it :( fries tasted weird so didn’t eat them either. Was not worth $50 for a family of 3.

Some teenager got my order wrong and they overcharged me for things I did not order. I did not get a refund. The managers employee was rude towards me and denied giving me a refund for something I did not order. They did not even give me the receipt of the things.

I just wanted to come on here and thank the great service I got! I MEAN LOOK HOW CRISPY THE ZUCCHINI ARE!!!!! AND THEN LOOK HOW WELL WRAPPED THE BURGER IS! This is one of the best Carls Jr restaurants ever. Wendy and Laura were amazing! They are both polite and welcoming! Will be coming back soon! Thank you again !! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 🙏🏻

Andrew is the best employee here. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!!!! Very nice pit stop on an 8 hr road trip couldn’t have picked a better place. Andrew was the best employee interaction I had here. Truly a wonderful worker went above and beyond for my family.
