“Clean restaurant, excellent food, well prepared and presented. Friendly professional staff, handled personal requests with pleasure. Had the New York steak and eggs and Hot Cakes. We are on a roadtrip between Phoenix to San Francisco. This place is in the top 3 of the diners, cafes, and grills we have tried along the trip so far. Who would have thought a good restaurant in King City of all places!”

“After an awful experience at the Rising Phoenix just 3mins away, we found this cute little place.

Came in and it felt nice and cozy. Not loud, no obnoxious kids running around. Cozy, quiet and intimate for valentine's day. The family was wonderful. We ordered one small and large pizza and bread twist--when I say ive nvr had such delicious bread twists! Delicious!
We were on our way out with our two pizzas and the owner came out, rushed, because we forgot our bread twists!! Then he offered to bring them to us--to our car.

For reals, those bread twists were fire!

Next morning I questioned our decision as to why we did take out instead of dine in.”

“This place is located in downtown King City, right on Main street. Parking is limited. Place has limited seating with no outdoor seating. They have lots of choices on their menu. Server was friendly and helpful. I love their carne asada plate. The beef was soft and perfectly seasoned.”

“First time going with the wife during December and Greg the bartender was very welcoming. Great stories with the neighbors, cozy and personal setting, bar and stools are well maintained, and a good variety of cocktails that pack a punch. Old Fashioned, Dirty Shirley, Cosmopolitan and a glass of brandy were all ordered and all delicious.”

“The dough for tamales is very good, the cookies and chips for chilaquiles, what I buy the most, fair prices if we go because everything has gone up a lot, the people who serve are very friendly and fast service.”

“It is a family owned business that has a good bakery and excellent food prepared for you. Burritos have great taste!! Staff is wonderful and friendly, food is reasonably priced. You can eat and enjoy your food there or take it to go. Plenty of parking.”

“Carls Jr in King City was nearly empty the entire time I was there. The staff were nice, but the staff packaged my lunch to go when I clearly told the cashier it was to dine in, then a different staff looked at me funny (glared) when my meal was ready and in a bag but I was sitting at a booth. No big deal, I just felt unheard and uncomfortable.”
