“Food was excellent as usual. Service was fast. Our young waitress was very efficient (she has improved greatly and recognizes us now). The cashier young lady has become efficient also. Kudos to Wildhorse. We go there almost every Sunday.“

“Stopped in on a Thursday to this sweet little dive while in route to Oregon & this was definitely what I was looking for. This place keeps some early hours, it closed at 11pm but stayed open an extra hr. Myself and the owner Richard chatted up for a good bit about the bar history & the monthly ribeye special while his sister was pouring the drinks, just a really down to earth type of experience. No frills in this place but if you enjoy a solid cocktail & few local drafts at a cash only dive, with some interesting characters then stop by, you’ll be glad you did. Cheers“

“Having never been here before and on the way to Big Sur, we opted to give King Kora a shot. I asked the cook-waiter Bernie what he likes to eat there. He highly recommended Molchajete Azteca. Tasty, no need to use the accompanying salsa - chicken, steak, chorizo, shrimp. More than satisfying for two. Liked it a lot. Very tasty!“

“We each had an "over 55" 2-egg omelet with hash browns and toast. There were LOTS of onions in the omelet and plenty of bacon, too. The hash browns were excellent. There was hardly any butter on the toast.
It took a LONG time to get served, but our server was terrific.“

“My husband and I looked for a restaurant to stop at to grab some lunch on a road trip that would help us avoid the typical fast food restaurants. I found King City Grill. It had good reviews, and what looked like some tasty options to grab for lunch. We are so glad we went! When I first entered the restaurant, I had to use the restroom, which was very clean, so I was already experiencing good vibes. The restaurant itself was very clean. It seemed full of locals who frequent their often due to the good food and atmosphere. We ordered a BLAT. The staff were kind, helpful, attentive, and hard working - mostly focusing on their customers' satisfaction from what I observed. The food was DELICIOUS!! I am bummed we live over an hour away and don't pass by too often, but they will remain on our go-to list when we are in the area.“
