“We were so pleased that this place lived up to the hype. We split a 4 item plate between 2 people and had the garlic fries. The garlic fries were loaded with garlic and were amazing! We had different sliders from beef, lamb, and pulled pork. It was all amazing. Beer and wine selection was great too. Great service from Kiki who took the time to educate us on the menu. She's obviously one of their stars. We can't wait go back!“

Our experience at Justin was phenomenal! Service was smooth, flawless, and professional. The food was imaginative and beautifully presented. And it was tasty! The wine pairing was also interesting and helped highlight the food. Be warned that this restaurant is a bit of a trip into the hinterlands. We almost collided with a deer on the way there!“

“What a lovely meal I had today with my family! We sat outside and the atmosphere was calm, clean and lovely. The food was incredible! So fresh and delicious you could tell it was made with great care. Don't even get me started on those delicious carrot muffins. The service was so quick and friendly too. “We just had Dinner after not going for a long time and we had the pizza and the bacon bleu burger but the best thing was Tyler he was an excellent waiter server. The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time. Thanks Tyler you were the best!!!“

“My grandparents, Ray Bob and Jane Collins were weekly patrons. Loved going here for lunch when we visited from Memphis. Best restaurant around Paso. Hoping Bonnie and Victor are doing well. Miss seeing everyone.“

“This is a great little restaurant at the airport. The dining room looks out into the taxi ways so you can watch aircraft coming and going. We have been here for breakfast several times. The food is great, large portions. The scrambles are delicious, good sausage gravy, fluffy pancakes. Friendly service.“

“An unforgettable dining experience and easily one of the best meals we’ve had.
Every course was beautifully presented, creative, and packed with flavor. Sitting at the chef’s counter made the experience even more special—we loved watching the team prepare each dish with such precision and passion.
The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the sommelier was outstanding. The wine recommendations were thoughtful, perfectly paired with each course, and truly elevated the entire evening.
We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday here, and Six Test Kitchen made it a night we’ll always remember. If you’re visiting Paso Robles and appreciate fine dining, this is an experience you shouldn’t miss.
