“Awesome food! We stopped in Paso on our way home and found this great spot for dinner. We are a group of 4 and there were lots of options to meet each person's appetite for dinner. Lasagna was excellent, as were the pizzas. Fresh ingredients, good portions. Salads were also very fresh and made to order.“

“We wanted a place in Paso Robles near the freeway that we could stop and have pizza on the way home from seeing Hearst Castle with our family. Well not only did we find a pizza place, we found a really good one and from the amount of business they where doing on a Wednesday evening I would say many people agree! It is locally owned and operated by friendly, helpful people who know how to make great food. Now if only they would open one in the Fresno/Clovis area.“

“5 Stars - A Must-Visit Every Time We’re in Paso!

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Via Caravaggio 147. We tried the Margherita Pizza, which was simply delicious—the sauce was to die for! The Caprese Stack was just as mouthwatering, perfectly fresh, and flavorful. And of course, we couldn’t resist the Cannoli, which was another highlight and one more reason to come back every time we visit Paso.

We were fortunate enough to meet Kathryn, one of the owners, when we arrived. She was so warm and welcoming that by the time we left, it felt like we were leaving old friends. It was truly heartwarming to learn that both Kathryn and her husband are doctors, with Kathryn still working at the hospital on her days off. We are in awe of this amazing Doctor Duo, and Paso Robles is truly lucky to have them.

Via Caravaggio 147 is now a must-visit spot for us whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend!“

“One of Paso’s new spots, on 13 th, next door to the Hatch, incidentally, same owners. Tasty pizza, thin crust, delicious salad,& croutons. The Girl Crush pizza very good! I was feeling a little u under the weather, I think it may have cleared the sinuses a bit, lol. Friendly service, not overly expensive,fun music, & atmosphere.“

“Excellent Pizza! We've ordered from here a few times now and the pizza has always been of great quality- never over or under cooked. The wait is never too long and the place is very well kept & clean. They're very nice inside as well! I definitely recommend making this your on-the-go pizza spot. My favorite Specialty Pizza so far is their Greek Feta Veggie Pizza. They also have a couple games for kids to play while you wait too.

Parking: Probably 20 parking spots that wrap around the corner lot.

Kid-friendliness: They have a few arcade games & claw machines at the pizza store for kids to play while you wait for your pizza

“First time at the Paso East. We came in 1:45 but buffet ends at 2pm. So opted for a fresh pizza and salad bar. I was very surprised with the ? the crust was crunchy and the sauce was great (not sweet, not heavy) the salad bar was small but fresh. I would change your macaroni salad recipe (a little under cooked, seasoning, dry) I did like the no Mayo idea you could do "pasta, sun dried tomatoes chopped, fresh basil, olive or avocado oil salt and pepper to taste. Wife had the Union Jack on tap it was nice and cold n tasty. The inside is family friendly lots of room big booths games full bar outdoor patio. All in all fir not being a chain, it's a pretty great place for crunch pizza!“

“Fatte's Pizza is a huge treat in our house. The salads, wings, cheesey bread and 2 for 1 pizzas are hard to top by any other pizza spot in Paso. The delivery drivers are always polite, quick and go the extra mile to make you feel like you matter. All the staff is amazing.“

The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time. “Shout out Luis and Tony for being so fun and kind on an empty night just before closing. Blaze is where you can get pizza >really< fast! (No 30 minute wait.) And the crust is amazing. Pizza depends on the perfect crust, in my opinion. That balance of toasty underneath but glutinous and chewy and air pockets on the inside. Blaze has the right dough and the right oven for this. Luis and Tony also had the place super shiny clean (as any good closer would).
