I'm French, love French food, very happy to have found this delightful place close to home. The staff was nice and helpful. “As a man from Tennessee and a lover of soul food, I can tell you, you'll not find any better than here. Dubs has the best chicken and catfish this side of the Mississippi and a strong contender for the other side. The atmosphere is laid back with some good tunes, and Dub walking around and talking with everyone and treating them like family. I can't recommend this place anymore cause they don't allow anymore more stars. Plus the portions are grandma size.”

“I have to say that when my fiancé came home with a $50 cake for my daughter's 13th birthday I was not happy. I had never had a Tres Leches cake before and my other daughter said they are overly sweet and really soggy. Sounded terrible to me. I reluctantly took a slice to make my 13 yr old birthday girl happy and to not waste an expensive cake. I am not exaggerating when I say that their Tres Leches cake is the BEST cake I have ever had. It is perfectly balanced and the strawberries in the whipped cream filling are to die for. I have always loved strawberry shortcake with half and half poured on top and this cake reminds me of that. My only suggestion would be to have more strawberries but that just because I'm greedy and love strawberries. There are very few times we have finished a purchased cake but I am happy to say not one slice went to waste. You will not be disappointed with this cake! In case you can't tell, I Highly recommend.”

“If you're into sipping wine with a view, you gotta check out Stillwater, their patio is the real deal with stunning vineyard views.Once we sat down, we were served with complimentary olives and crackers. They grow their own olives and they're super delicious but too bad they don't sell them.We were told that post-covid, they used to host weddings now they are hosting music events instead.We tried their blanc, grenache, merlot, and blend and we were impressed with the wines. We ended up getting a few bottles of their rose, white, and red to take home. Stillwater is one of the best spots for wine tasting. Super chill vibe, awesome wine, and that view is definitely worth a visit! It's dog-friendly and our dog loves this winery too!”

“This is the best cafe in town! Clean and comfortable space with friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend the Amstrdm Breakfast sando with croissant. the pastry is light and flaky, layered with tender eggs and avocado. Definitely ask for their famous homemade fermented hot sauce!”

“What a lovely experience at this winery! Wine flights available (5 or 6 tastings), hammocks, trails, and games outside. Pistachios are a must as they have many acres to grow them. Weekday I didn’t need a reservation, not sure about the weekend but probably recommended”

“Decided to try Italian on our recent trip to Paso Robles and we were thrilled with our selection. Started off with the Carpaccio tartufo which is a beef tenderloin with parmesan fonduta with shave black truffles. It is to die for. The raw beef melted in your mouth and the sauce was absolutely incredible. Since we were going Italian, we had to go with the pasta. I had the Fettuccine salsicca which was homemade pasta with pork sausage, fennel, fresh tomato, herbs and white wine. There was an empty plate when I was done. The portion was just right. Not too little, not too much. The service was as good as it gets and the ambiance was exactly what you'd expect if you want a great date night.”

“Italians may get mad at me but this was better than Antica de Michelle in Naples. Flavor was insane, there was barely any flop, the crust was crunchy and beautifully charred. I would eat this every day if I could. The couple who runs the small joint are super nice and fun too. Paired with a great staff at the winery this is a must try for everyone.”

“Lunch for 4 on a Monday. The restaurant is extremely clean and well spaced. We ordered and sat at an empty table. We ordered the following, Polpette, the focaccia, the mighty cap mushroom pasta dish, the lasagna colognes, and a coffee. I must say, the mighty cap mushroom pasta was the best dish to date I have ever had. The sauce was nice and creamy, packed with flavor in every single bite! Danica was at the register, and Garrett served us water. Both were so sweet. A must come in for some extremely tasteful dishes.”

“I love this place, the food is always good and for me and my family we feel it's well portioned. My husband got the steak, I got the salmon piccata and my son got a pepperoni pizza (not on the menu) and it was all great!!! We also got the pork empanadas . Don't forget to get the homemade strawberry lemonade. The service is always nice and on point, it's usually empty (which is weird for how good the food is) so the waitresses are always very attentive. There is soft music playing and the restaurant is perfect for romantic dinners when you want some privacy. Most places are super packed for dinner and pack you like sardines but this place has nice space between the tables. I would definitely be coming here more often.”

We also love the saffron vatelli also is our favoriate， the green peas is so sweet and the pasta is full with the sauce, onion inside is very tasty. The sea bass is a little bit overcooked for us. We was expecting something more tender, broccolini is a little bit too thin. The farm to table makes food very fresh and good. We love it”

It was all beautiful.-Wine was phenomenal ? a bunch of blends with gradually increasing amounts of syrah.-The servers did all seem very knowledgeable about the wine.$50 for tastings, and it's 4 wines. Small pours, BUT they were happy to pour more if you asked!PRO TIP ? -Honestly we should have gotten 1 tasting and bought a bottle or 3 for the group to share, bc the wine was so good.CONS:-Service was lacking from one of the staff, mediocre from another (BUT exceptional from one of the guys!) Energy and attitude play a big part in how service is perceived.-Inside of the building all smelled like mildew. Apparently this happens after it rains there? Seems like something I'd want to fix I'm such a gorgeous property when smell is such a big part of wine tasting. (Definitely get a seat outside because they have fires and heaters!)”

“This place is a hidden gem. We had a fabulous wine tasting experience. They have very amazing setup for wine tasting overlooking vineyards. They extensive list wines, great reds and white wines (ended up buying 2 bottles:)). I forgot to ask the name of the server (may be owner :)) but he was gracious host. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain about each wine he poured. He went above and beyond and even gave us few more pours which were not on the list. We were in last slot 4-5 pm, but we were still not rushed. In fact, he made sure we have a good time. Mush better experience than even Napa / Sonoma wineries. I would definitely recommend this place and would return if I am in Paso Robles again.”

We had an amazing time here - the tasting was very diverse and helped us understand the great variety of wines the winery offers. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the service was just perfect!We ended up buying their latest white wine, the rosé and the chillable red wine. Being close to 100 USD, the tasting fee of 25 USD was waivered.A couple which came after us brought their own snacks - a great idea for the next time!Highly recommended!”

“I go to this Jack in the Box quite often and I have always been satisfied with my service and experience here. I sometimes eat inside but I mostly use the drive thru. I think the thing that helps is using the Jack in the Box app to help speed things along. The staff here is always friendly too. If there's an issue with my order, which rarely happens, they take care of it. I definitely recommend this location. It's a good spot.”

The quality of service extends beyond the overnight shift. Day and evening patrons can expect treatment akin to that of a five-star establishment. Gracie, a constant presence, greets each customer with a smile and a positive attitude. Laura, another server, ensures that guests are well-accommodated throughout their visit. The welcoming atmosphere and positive experiences are consistent with every visit to this Denny’s. Those who have not yet dined at this location are certainly missing out on a unique experience.”

“Joined by a group of 5 friends we excitedly ordered 4 dishes: burrata, lasagna, mushroom pasta, and cioppino. The burrata was nice with a bright pesto, however the asparagus pieces should have been made smaller. The lasagna was delicious but a little too soft. The mushroom pasta had a great variety of mushrooms but the flavor was a little too simple and earthy. The cioppino was great, but for the cost I expected more. There is also a 20% gratuity included for parties of 6 or more.”

“This is our first time at Finca, as we have heard a lot about it but as of yet have not been able to take advantage of an opportunity to dine there. We were pleasantly surprised, we had the Baja shrimp taco, very well seasoned, a little spicy, and very flavorful! The biggest surprise was the mashed potato and gruyere tacos! They had a spicy and creamy sauce drizzled over them, definitely going back!”

“We love Tiger Tea House! Visited here more than a couple of times now and finally grabbed a punch card to keep track of the drinks we get. Cutest little shop with a quiet atmosphere and modern atmosphere. There are tables for dining in. My favorite drink is the Strawberry Matcha Milk with strawberry popping boba and the non-dairy powder. It is very delicious! We also thought the Tiger Stripes with regular tapioca boba was just as good.”

Some seats outside and benches seating, which wasn't comfortable. This is a very small Starbucks. It was close to the motel, so it was super convenient.”

“We tasted 4 outstanding 2021 wines. Russell Family Vineyard was 100% syrah, the other 3 were blends of Sarah, Mourvedre and Grenache. All rated 93 to 94 points. Glenn, the Tasting Room manager is extremely well versed on wines from many countries and I'd say an expert on Paso Robles wines. Very happy with our Tasting and thrilled to be Club members!”

“I've been compelled to write a review. We are major pizza goers, and their BBQ Chicken Pizza was a 10/10, best of that flavor of pizza we've ever had. Very cute atmosphere, great live music, nice staff and owner. IT IS A MUST TO GO THERE! Half the time you go out to eat nowadays and it's so expensive and the experience and food is sub par, but this place exceeded our expectations. WELL WORTH THE MONEY and it was also very reasonable. “We stopped by this small Mom & Pop restaurant on NYR for dinner, but they had stopping seating as it was almost closing time. They allowed us to order to go and we sat at the bar for a drink while waiting for our food. We got to talking to one of the owners, so friendly and great convo. Our food came out and she let us eat our to-go order at the bar even though they were closed. I'm super picky about Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the flautas con papa plate and everything was delicious. My friends had the tacos and we all cleared our plates. The food was THAT GOOD. Definitely will go back when I'm in town again.”

“This place was so yummy for breakfast!! I tried the pancakes and the chorizo scrambled eggs. Everything was very tasty and everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was very fast and food got brought out very quickly. They were also quick to accommodate our large group and pushed a few tables together. Our waitress was so nice and very sweet and attentive as well. The decor is plain and nothing special but the food makes up for it. The churros were amazing too!! Overall this is a great spot for breakfast and we will def be coming back when we are in town.”

“Great service, they gifted me and my friend some donut holes for our littles. I got the breakfast burrito, ham and cheese croissant sandwich and a lemon lavender donut. Everything was delicious and made fresh, I'll likely come back tomorrow to try the other donut flavors. The place is very quaint, relatively small inside (2 tables with a 2 seater bar) with some outdoor seating.”

Breakfast and Sandwich! My fiancé ordered the berries and cream French toast and both were great! 10/10 would definitely recommend!The bacon was crispy and delicious, the croissant was buttery and flakey, and the eggs were fluffy and flavorful. Truly a magnificent sandwich. The French toast is incredibly sweet, rich and filling! If you don’t know what to get, definitely go for the French toast!”

“Great breakfast spot! Skip over the low reviews for Heidi's. They be crazy! First off, inflation is real... don't blame restaurants for raising prices so they can fill up their gas tank and feed their family. The Chile verde omelette is so good. Not overly spicy but full of flavor. I could eat this once a week! The ambiance is nice and clean. I visited on a cold rainy day, it was nice and toasty warm inside. Can't wait to come back to try more dishes again soon. If you like good Mexican style breakfast, give this place a try.”

The incredibly knowledgeable and wonderfully attentive Kristin took us through the ins and outs of each pour with style and charm. My appreciation for Chardonnay just found it's top contestant with their amazing Amor Fati! The castle architecture and comfortable design of House made my afternoon at Tooth & Nail one I won't soon stop talking about!”

We also love the saffron vatelli also is our favoriate， the green peas is so sweet and the pasta is full with the sauce, onion inside is very tasty. The sea bass is a little bit overcooked for us. We was expecting something more tender, broccolini is a little bit too thin. The farm to table makes food very fresh and good. We love it”

“As a man from Tennessee and a lover of soul food, I can tell you, you'll not find any better than here. Dubs has the best chicken and catfish this side of the Mississippi and a strong contender for the other side. The atmosphere is laid back with some good tunes, and Dub walking around and talking with everyone and treating them like family. I can't recommend this place anymore cause they don't allow anymore more stars. Plus the portions are grandma size.”

From the burger to the Mac and cheese and the brussel sprouts they all had a very different and unique flavors. A place I would definitely go back to. Whiskey is a bit on the pricey side but seems to be on par with the area overall for some reason.”

“We stopped here for dinner tonight as a last minute decision and I am so glad we did. The food was incredible and our server, Sally, was the sweetest. We had the coconut shrimp.and grilled artichoke starters, followed by the Mahi Mahi with coconut rice, spinach and Mango salsa and a Caesar salad with salmon. The fish was cooked to perfection. We look forward to coming back next time we're in Paso Robles.”

“A very popular restaurant and reservations are recommended. The service was friendly and very good throughout our meal. I ordered the seafood fettuccine and it was amazing! Fresh sweet shrimp, yummy scallops, fish and baby clams & mussels! Soooo good! My husband ordered the lamb but it was just OK. The Burrata salad was very nice as a starter. They serve fresh bread with a Kalamata olive tapenade while you wait for your food to be served. We had a couple of cocktails that were done very well. A cucumber martini and a Negroni.”

And the salsas were delicious, unfortunately not spicy at all but very tasty. Our short rib meals were very savory. We also tried the pozole which did not disappoint.”

“Short review for Cowgirl Cafe. This is a casual, country themed restaurant in Paso Robles. It can get crowded on the weekends, but the food is pretty good solid American standards. The chicken fried steak is very good. The folks working are friendly and helpful. This is a good place for breakfast.”

They have a smaller food menu, more like appts for the drinks, but as it turns out the food portions are fine for dinner and the food was really excellent. Our server was fantastic and patient explaining everything and the options. Drinks and food came out at a reasonable place. If you are in Paso, I highly recommend trying this place.”

“We had a fantastic birthday meal celebration here. The outside dining was charming and fun with a covered patio and heat lamps surrounded by a beautiful brick patio. The steak, beet salad and special mushroom toast were all amazing - and the owner was warm and inviting as he welcomed us and shared how he and his wife came to own this great restaurant. Absolutely delicious! Book ahead as it's sometimes hard to get a table.”
