“Made a reservation and purchased the Sneak-Easy pass. The cocktails we tried all tasted amazing. My favorite was the Old Fashioned. Both bartenders were fun and friendly. I will definitely be back and cannot stop telling everyone about my fun experience.“

“The Bartenders Jordan and Company were fantastic. We had a great conversation while our drinks were made and food was ordered.
They had mentioned they had traveled a bit and I had asked if they ever had a Carajillo. They hadn’t and were curious about it.
My wife and I described it and showed them a video of it. They happen to have the ingredients, Liquor 43 and coffee. They had no idea that you could light Liquor 43 to caramelize the sugar.
Because they were curious, they poured a small amount and used a pastry torch to light it.
They mentioned that they might just try this on Crème Brûlée.“

“This is a must stop when driving thru slo county. The food is great the cocktails are great the atmosphere is great the tequila is top shelf. They have from OOTB one of the best Tequila brands Fuenteseca to The Don if your still into that. You will find great tequila if you want to step into something new. The bartenders were killing it making awesome drinks. You would think Paso is all about wine , right!!!“

“One of Paso’s new spots, on 13 th, next door to the Hatch, incidentally, same owners. Tasty pizza, thin crust, delicious salad,& croutons. The Girl Crush pizza very good! I was feeling a little u under the weather, I think it may have cleared the sinuses a bit, lol. Friendly service, not overly expensive,fun music, & atmosphere.“
“First time here. This was just a short walk from my hotel. It's in the Paso Robles Hotel and upstairs from the steakhouse. The Helen's Haunting Cocktail is great, almost too good. LOL. I had the grilled salmon. I have never had Corn in Risotto before, but it worked, and it was cooked perfectly. The Salmon is superb. You won't be disappointed,come here and enjoy.“
