“An unforgettable dining experience and easily one of the best meals we’ve had.

Every course was beautifully presented, creative, and packed with flavor. Sitting at the chef’s counter made the experience even more special—we loved watching the team prepare each dish with such precision and passion.

The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the sommelier was outstanding. The wine recommendations were thoughtful, perfectly paired with each course, and truly elevated the entire evening.

We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday here, and Six Test Kitchen made it a night we’ll always remember. If you’re visiting Paso Robles and appreciate fine dining, this is an experience you shouldn’t miss.

“We were so pleased that this place lived up to the hype. We split a 4 item plate between 2 people and had the garlic fries. The garlic fries were loaded with garlic and were amazing! We had different sliders from beef, lamb, and pulled pork. It was all amazing. Beer and wine selection was great too. Great service from Kiki who took the time to educate us on the menu. She's obviously one of their stars. We can't wait go back!“

Our experience at Justin was phenomenal! Service was smooth, flawless, and professional. The food was imaginative and beautifully presented. And it was tasty! The wine pairing was also interesting and helped highlight the food. Be warned that this restaurant is a bit of a trip into the hinterlands. We almost collided with a deer on the way there!“

“We just had Dinner after not going for a long time and we had the pizza and the bacon bleu burger but the best thing was Tyler he was an excellent waiter server. The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time.
