Cattlemen's Lounge, located upstairs from a steakhouse in the Paso Robles Hotel, offers a unique dining experience. The Helen's Haunting Cocktail is a standout, and the grilled salmon is superb. The restaurant also serves delicious prime rib with a generous amount of sides at reasonable prices. While the roasted chicken was a letdown for one reviewer, the poutine is a must-try. With friendly service from staff like Ian and Megan, Cattlemen's Lounge is a great spot to enjoy a meal.
