My mother had the eggplant Parmesan and she said it was really good and my dad had the special something with sausage and that was really good as well . “We stopped by based on a local's suggestion and are glad we did! The food was fantastic. Our two large pizzas and wings were delicious and hit the spot. This is clearly a great place for a casual pizza and drinks.

One piece of constructive feedback: the service upon arrival was lacking. We weren't greeted when we walked in, which made for a bit of a cold first impression.

That said, we really enjoyed the meal and would recommend it for the food alone!“

“Service, location and ambience were fantastic. The food was really good, but didn't match the service. The chicken wraps were excellent. The pizza was good. The burrata salad had really good tomatoes, but the burrata was a bit scarce. Service and setting were great.“

I had my eye on the lamb shank ahead of time, and it turned out to be perfection—easily the standout dish of the night. I’ve dined at many great restaurants, and they truly executed it beautifully. Everything else we ordered was just as impressive: well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere (something I always pay attention to). Service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing.

It’s now at the top of my Paso Robles restaurant list, and we’ll definitely be back. We belong to a couple of wine clubs in the area, so this will be a regular stop for us—especially for that lamb shank.

Parking was easy, it wasn’t too busy during our visit, and reservations can be made online without hassle.

Coming from the Bay Area and being used to dining in both SF and LA, I can confidently say Parchetto holds its own. High-quality food and a great overall experience. Kudos to the team.“
