We had the pleasure to experience Parchetto with some dear friends Sunday night! Loved the dinner, atmosphere, cocktails and menu! We can’t wait to go back soon!
Been meaning to give Parchetto a try - and as soon as we heard it was a sister restaurant to Il Cortile and the no longer La Cosecha - we jumped at the chance!
The food was wonderful - we ordered the fan favorite lamb shank (the reviews aren’t wrong) and their meat paella of the day. The paella was very reminiscent of the paellas they used to feature at La Cosecha which we miss ever so much.
We’ll be back for sure!

Parchetto offers a beautiful atmosphere and a wide selection of drinks. The food is ridiculously delicious, with highlights including the best filet, great Calimari, and tender ribs that a fork cuts right through. Excellent broccoli, banana pickles, and wonderful sauce are also noted. The staff is incredibly friendly and nice, making the experience feel personal. The restaurant is often packed with lovely people, creating a great and welcoming establishment. It is a must-visit in Paso Robles for dinner or their brunch.
