Yanagi | Sushi & Grill is a great sushi spot in Paso Square. The fish is fresh and delicious. Served seaweed salad and pickled cucumbers as a side with pickled ginger. Staff is friendly, and this is a great spot for later night food mid week. Downtown Paso Robles finally has a great sushi place. The staff is lovely, and they have a nice selection of rolls, nigiri and sashimi. The sushi is super fresh, the sushi chefs are great, and the atmosphere is super classy. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant's salad was very fresh and tasty. The freshness, presentation, and quality is unmatched. Best sushi in town.
