The tasting menu is a great deal at $20 for 6, with favorites including the double barrel bourbon, orange liquer, and Walnut Brandy. The ghost pepper brandy is meant for cocktails like an extra spicy margarita. The distillery also offers gin, vodka, and whiskey, and products are available for purchase. The staff is great and friendly, with solid knowledge of the distillery process. The owner is knowledgeable and kind, making excellent old fashioneds, and gives back to the community through school fundraisers. Private barrels feature custom pet portraits. On weekends, parking can be challenging, but overflow parking is available across the street.
