We walked into Monarca not expecting much and ended up having the best Mexican food we’ve ever had, hands down. Every dish was excellent, service was outstanding, and the ambiance was clean and inviting. It’s clear this place takes pride in doing things right. Highly, highly recommend, a must-visit if you’re craving authentic, delicious Mexican food in Paso Robles!
