We wanted a place in Paso Robles near the freeway that we could stop and have pizza on the way home from seeing Hearst Castle with our family. Well not only did we find a pizza place, we found a really good one and from the amount of business they where doing on a Wednesday evening I would say many people agree! It is locally owned and operated by friendly, helpful people who know how to make great food. Now if only they would open one in the Fresno/Clovis area.

One bite, everybody knows the rules! I kept it simple with a cheese and pepperoni, and it did not disappoint. Crisp undercarriage, slight flop, and fresh ingredients clearly. I’d my score counts I’d say it was a 8.4 easy. The pie came out quickly, no long wait.
I ordered a large beer and it was a monster mug, a medium or small would have been plenty. Cool little spot with sports on the TV’s.
