I came through and got the steak and egg bagel. The top bagel was so hard I thought it was gonna break my taste. The rest of the sandwich was fine. The drink was fine. The service was fine just the top of that bagel was hard as a rock, but other than that it was top-notch.

Hard to get your order correct here even when it's simple. I've worked retail and food service so I do understand when staffing is short it makes it harder but when you get attitude just for trying to get the food you paid for to be correct that's frustrating.
