Easily some of the best food in Paso - always fresh and balanced. The best part about the menu is that no matter what you choose, it will be delicious. I love the Ceviche, my grandmother loves the Baja Fish burrito. Concise and wonderful selection of wines by the glass.
Cute restaurant located in the Paso Market Walk with a small indoor area and heated outdoor seating on a wraparound porch. Order at the counter and food is brought out to you. We ordered a bean and cheese burrito, chips with 2 kinds of salsa, and a pork belly chile verde burrito bowl. All the food was delicious. Special mention to the tender and flavorful pork belly. This is our first time at Finca, as we have heard a lot about it but as of yet have not been able to take advantage of an opportunity to dine there. We were pleasantly surprised, we had the Baja shrimp taco, very well seasoned, a little spicy, and very flavorful! The biggest surprise was the mashed potato and gruyere tacos! They had a spicy and creamy sauce drizzled over them, definitely going back!
