We've been in Paso for 3.5 years now. Moved from LA. Love the town and it's people but good food can often be hard to come by. Not a fan of the other, and once the only, Ramen spot in town. Ramen @ 805 is a blessing. Really, really good Ramen with a super friendly staff. A focused menu where you you'll have a hard time making a "bad" choice. Authentic ramen has come to Paso Robles! Get the bowl of black garlic ramen - you will love it. Excellent broth, full flavor and not too salty. Perfect noodles. Great service. We've been to Japan and this ramen is on point. Keep up the awesome soup & service and success is sure to come your way.

We tried this place on a busy Friday night so the bar was the only thing available, it is indeed hot and new so be prepared. Aside from that, the service was extremely fast- even with a packed house. Flavor was impeccable both on the ramen and gyoza we ordered. Everything tasted fresh and wonderful, exceeding my expectations by far. We will most definitely be back to try more of the menu!
