We've been coming here so often that they started remembering what we liked to order. The stout is good and not heavy so I can drink a whole pint and not be dizzy in the slightest. The cheese curds are awesome with the ranch sauce they make. I usually get the wagu burger and add bacon/avocado to the burger. They cook it medium rare and it melts in your mouth. Amazing place to gather! Cool vibes, good flow, clean space and kick ** service! The crew works well together. Drinks come out fast, and food is SO good! Personally I like the steak bites w/mushrooms but everyone enjoyed their dish very much! Party of 10 fit comfortably even on a busy Friday night! Thnx Paso Brew, look forward to next time!

We had a great experience today at Paso Robles Brewing Company. Summer, our server was attentive, and pleasant to talk to. Old School IPA was tasty! We had Filet Bites, Pretzels, Cheese Curds, BLT, and Waygu Burger. All were excellent, and servings were large. The dining room itself was clean and comfortable. Spoke to the owner on our way out and let him know we'll be back and will spread the word!
