Red Scooter Deli is a charming eatery located in the small downtown area of Paso Robles. And what a great find it was to eat here! I'm so happy I found this place! I usually stop at one of the two full vegan spots in Paso when I'm driving through town. The only problem is they don't open until 11 and I wanted breakfast. I got the vegan spinach scramble in a regular tortilla. It was so good and fresh! Sometimes when the restaurant isn't fully vegan you never know how the food will be.
