The ice cream is good with tons of mix in combinations. The workers all seem to have teenager attitudes and there is a lot of behind the counter talk I could do without. So I always get ours to go.
They had some good customer service when I was in last. The guy working was friendly and outgoing and at least acted like he enjoyed his job. The waffle bowl was fresh and tasty and the ice cream was good. Like it size is still too big for me, but that's okay! Sat at a table on the patio and enjoyed people watching at the park. Can't go wrong coming here on a warm evening for a treat.

Cold Stone is still our favorite for ice cream. Located downtown Paso, next to the park and all the restaurants/shops, tucked between two restaurants, is Cold Stone.
