Tacos Valle is a restaurant known for its great food and friendly service. The pastor tacos and burritos are particularly praised for their generous size and delicious flavor, along with the unique red and green avocado sauce. The taste of the carne asada tacos were on point, and the carne asada burrito was also pretty awesome. If you're looking for a great taco spot, this is the place. The pastor was excellent, some of the best. The tacos are very good. The favorite meats were the carne asada, barbacoa, tripas, and lengua. It's a family business with a few meat choices, such as asada, pastor, and barbacoa, all priced reasonably. Located in Paso Robles, it operates from Friday to Sunday and offers a late-night dining option. They are cash only.
