Somm’s Kitchen was the highlight of our trip to Paso and set the bar so high that you’d need to remove and raise the roof. Ian creates an incredibly inviting atmosphere to celebrate the wine and food experience. Listening to how his mind goes from imagining a dish to actually creating it is so cool and fun. We love a chefs tasting experience and Ian created one that stands apart in a very good way.
A unique, delicious, and entertaining evening. One of my most favorite dining experiences, ever.
Hard to even describe how wonderful our dinner with Ian was! Thank you for doing what you do and allowing us to be a part of it! Anyone who doesn't book this on their visit to Paso is making a HUGE mistake.

Although some guests have faced challenges with reservations, Ian has been proactive in reaching out to ensure a positive experience.
