The legend that opened eataly
A very unassuming pizza place but with some of the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had. Me and my girlfriend went here after wine tasting. We have both been to Italy, so our standards for pizza are high. Those standards were exceeded here. Out of all the impressive, expensive restaurants in the area, one of our best meals was at this little pizza shop.
The service was fast, friendly and really knew the menu. The panzenalla salad was was so fresh and tasty and the pizza so good.

The pizza is top notch Italian style wood-fired pizza with the freshest ingredients, creative combinations and the best flavor. The Margherita and the H.K. pizzas are delicious. The pizza is done exactly in the style of Italy. The service is superb, friendly and attentive. The entire staff provides exceptional service and the owner oozes hospitality. The chef is humble and serious about pizza. La Biga is not just the best pizza but a place that makes you feel like you’re part of the family. It is a taste of home for those from Italy. Save yourself a 16 hour flight to Italy and just go to La Biga.
