The ambience is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The music is fun & uplifting. To top it off, Shanny, the owner, is a leader in contributing to worthy causes. She always generously donates food, time & heart to those in need of support. Even the fire in SO Cal. We love her!“

“Had lunch with a friend there the other day and I loved how fresh everything was. The chef came out and greeted us which is always a great experience. Everything was done old school there which I can really appreciate. Pasta was delicious! Attended a 🎶concert 🎶there last night. “We had a wonderful experience here. 10/10! We came for an early dinner Friday around 5pm and were seated right away in the garden patio, which had cute string lights and beautiful plants. Such a lovely setting. I could easily picture it as a wedding reception space.

Our host was so kind and welcoming. Shoutout to him for saying “you’re very welcome!” every time we thanked him haha. He even turned on a heat lamp for us, which we really appreciated. Our server was also kind and had good recommendations. Plus, Daniel Caesar playing in the background? Great music taste~

The food was delicious. We practically licked our plates clean. The pistachio goat cheese salad was simple and delicious. I had the Faroe Island salmon with basil butter. The skin was perfectly crunchy, and the broccoli and brown/wild rice were seasoned just right. My husband had the duck, which was juicy, tender, and well seasoned. He is very particular about texture and he thought the seasoning and texture was perfect. The lobster bisque had a lovely sweet/savory balance and was a great palate cleanser throughout the meal.

“Off the street and didn't look like it was dog friendly!!! We gave it a shot and loved it!!! We took the dogs to the patio thru the front door and had a great time. The blueberry pancakes and California omelet were very tasty!! We'll go back, if we have time!!!“

“I needed a place to have dinner and some beer while waiting to take sunset photos. This place is awesome. Three locals at the bar made for interesting and friendly conversation. The beer selection is fantastic and I found a new favorite. The tri-tip sandwich is excellent - delicious sweet BBQ sauce. And Luis was a phenomenal bartender. I’m so happy I stopped by.“

“The Corvettes of Bakersfield visited Cambria Pines Lodge on Sunday, July 9th for a lovely brunch in the garden room. We had 15 cars and a group of 30. We were welcomed by Angel, who took some group pics for us and led us to a perfectly set room ready to accommodate our group! Everyone enjoyed the mimosas and bloody Mary’s as well as our brunch choices. Our servers were attentive and did a great job! After brunch, we ventured out to the garden and played the assorted lawn games - lots of fun. Several members booked rooms to stay over and enjoyed the resort! “Went here for the first time tonight . I have always wanted to try this place so a few of my friends came here tonight . The mimosa’s are outstanding you get so many choices and flavors . A total 10 in my book . We each had a meal . One friend had the fish and chips and she said they were goof . I myself had the veggie burger which was excellent. My friend had the special turkey melt she said it was really good .definitely will be back for more mimosas. Highly recommend you try it .“

“We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised! Everything we ordered was excellent — the sandwich, burger, fries, and chicken nuggets were absolutely delicious. The portions are quite generous as well.
I came here with my wife and kids, and we ended up taking the chicken nuggets and fries with us for the road. It’s not often that you come across a place with food this good. We travel through this area quite often, and I’m sure this will now become one of our favorite stops.

“I always look forward to a meal at this homey place. My friend from his Cambrian days, John Brannon, recommended the hamburgers, and even though I was primed for breakfast I had the Mushroom Burger. Delicious, and the friendly waitress volunteered that I could order onion rings instead of fries at no additional charge. It was a great choice!“

“We were with a large crowd, booked 10 rooms. one of the staff at the front desk needs to go back for some customer service training. she was very rude to my 80+yr old Mother as well as some other family members. The front desk is the face of the property. fix that and anything else will resolve.“
