“Stopped for lunch on our way home to LA from northern Cal. The menu is fantastic, hard to decide what to order since it all looked so good. We decided on turkey avocado sandwich and the chicken wrap and we both had the lentil soup as the side. All of it was delicious without being too much to eat. Staff are friendly and attentive. I wish they were in my neighborhood at home!“

“What an incredible dinner! The food was some of the best I've ever eaten, highlighting the bounty of the local farms. One dish I'll never forget was an egg custard with the silkiest texture possible, topped with corn that tasted like summer itself and bacon with the perfect amount of smokiness. The wine pairing was fantastic, with wines from local producers and from afar, always perfectly complementing each course.

But what really sets Six Test Kitchen apart is the accessibility of the team and the space. Because they do a lot of the prep right there in front of the counter, there was a lot more opportunity to have a conversation about the food, learn about the techniques, and hear the story of how each dish came together than in most restaurants of this caliber. A world class meal, with smaller-town pacing and friendliness. Highly recommended!“

Staff was wonderful and our tasting included 5 wines and a bonus at the end
We decided to purchase a bottle of their 2019 Cab Sav as it was one of the better ones we had tasted anywhere.
We were on motorcycles from Cañada so it was a challenge getting it home, keeping it cool. We finally went out to one of our Favourite Italian restaurants, Nello’s in St Albert last night, they have their bring your own wine night
We had the Cab Sav, shared with the table and it was as spectacular as we remembered
Every drop was savoured
We will visit Broken Earth again once we are in the area“

“The food is unique. They have options of getting small servings of dishes in groups of trios and quartets so you can taste a larger variety. The salads and brussel sprouts we ate were too good. The carrot soup was super yum. The aioli served with the fries was to die for.“

“My husband and I were visiting the area on our honeymoon in Paso. We came across this gem! I had a grilled chicken salad with purple cauliflower and Farro. No joke, that was the best salad I've ever had!!! our honeymoon was 5 months ago, and I still think about this salad almost daily... “I went to the one in Paso Robles that is i On creston but their website does. Not show the one in Paso just in Templeton . I was super impressed they did a beautiful job on redecorating the new place the service was excellent and quick . I had the Philly cheese steak it was absolutely delicious. My other party had the tortilla soup and some else had the chili they both said it was excellent . We ordered a side of the onion rings they very good not too heavy tasting nor greasy just perfect. Our waitress was very tentative checked in on us often and super polite . Definitely will be back again . Highly recommend this place . They have something for everyone huge menu .They even have something for the vegan, gluten free person.“

“We just had Dinner after not going for a long time and we had the pizza and the bacon bleu burger but the best thing was Tyler he was an excellent waiter server. The dinner was great the atmosphere was great it was a good idea to go there much better than the first time when they first opened highly recommend you go back if you didn’t like it the first time.
