I ordered some pasta here, and it was delicious! They used Etto Pasta! We also got a visit from their cat while enjoying our visit here. My husband and I shared their specialty ice cream as dessert and ate every bite. This is definitely a great place to eat and taste local wine if you'd like to do both at the same time! We sat outside, but there were also a few tables to sit inside as well. Service was attentive and friendly.
We came here for lunch; the view during lunch was delightful. The chicken salad sandwich was delicious, the chicken was sous vide, with apples, cranberry and pecans on homemade bread. Bucatini with beef ragu, the pasta is from a local Italian restaurant Etto, grass fed beef, organic tomato. The service was great as well, Gale and the estate cat Max provided an hospitable experience. I plan on visiting again soon for the food and primitivo as well

Aron Hill was recommended to us 5 years ago for the BEST hamburgers in Paso Robles. Our friend was right, and we discovered their Primitivo wines! We now live in Arizona but, we just visited a week ago, and enjoyed their delicious Primitivo, a great lunch with friends on the patio and that amazing view!
