If you are driving through Atascadero, you might easily pass Country Touch. From the street, it looks small and inconspicuous hidden amongst other local businesses. Once you enter the parking lot, it's another story. I arrived to find one available parking spot in a large lot filled with cars. Upon entering the restaurant, it continues to look quite small. Came in for Galentines Day and everything was wonderful. Cute place and really attentive service. We all had mimosas which were large and strong! Haha. My country omelet breakfast was indulgent and super savory. Everything you want out of a greasy spoon type place but better! Prices are reasonable for good sized portions. All in all it was a very pleasant first experience here and will absolutely return!

I've been to CT Cafe multiple times and I always get the country skillet. My eggs were prepared perfectly and all of my substitutions were delicious! - At first, I was bummed that the addition of a pancake was an up charge of $1.50.
