So I said something, and when I tell you, my steak came out picture perfect, from a magazine. I mean It. This place has everything. Ambiance, cocktails, plating perfection, hospitality. “Toshi 1.0 has always been our favorite local sushi spot. Service is always top notch and the sushi is delicious. When it came time for my husband's 40th birthday, I thought catering would be fun and I was so excited to see that Toshi offers catering. We worked with Rassa to put together an amazing spread of rolls and apps for our friends and Rassa put in the extra time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. Can't recommend this enough!!!“

“Quick and efficient service, tasty and filling food. I worked in this restaurant as a teenager, when it was El Mariachi, and it’s all basically the same menu items and decor. I find that pretty comforting. The chips and salsa are quite literally the best around.“

“We always order to go just because it’s hard with three littles but it’s always AMAZING I love that they also have cooked sushi to enjoy when you get that sushi pregnancy craving. Whenever we call there’s always a kind and helpful person on the other line, love the service and the food, and maybe one day we will actually eat inside the restaurant! 🤓“

Number one – free chips and salsa bar
Number two – refillable drinks
Number three – huge portions
Number four – lots of affordable options
After being recommended to come here for a Carnitas burrito, we sidestepped and actually got a Carnitas fries. Super glad we did. Definitely shareable for two people. The fries were just the right thickness in between a steak fry, and a shoestring fry. Tons of white whole grated cheese. A delicious avocado sauce. And your choice of meat. And lots of it. We chose the Carnitas and thought they were pretty good. Although they were more cubed than shredded. Will definitely get this again, but we will try a different meat.“

“The best kept secret if you want a steak. This is the best Mexican food I've had in North County. I judge Mexican food starting with the rice and beans, and theirs is exceptional. It's a diner style environment, so if you're looking for hipster Mexican get on down the road. Otherwise this is the place.“

“Pho 4 U is a really good Vietnamese restaurant. I'm giving it four stars because they really need to hire more wait staff. The poor girl working Friday night by herself was overwhelmed since she was doing everything including taking orders over the phone. There was another guy working but he was also running around trying to keep up with all the orders.
The menu is good and to the point which covers all of the best Vietnamese dishes. We ordered the Vermicelli noodle with grilled pork and egg roll and Chicken Pho. The Chicken Pho broth was not salty and just the right flavor.
We will come back next time we are in the area but maybe not a Friday night. :)“

“The pastries are exquisite but be ready to pay for the experience of tasting! The espresso drink is priced about what the chains charge so complaint there. The almond croissant had very little of the paste inside which was disappointing. There are breakfast meals available which provide protein and are priced at about what the coffee and croissant cost.“

“Stopped for lunch on our way home to LA from northern Cal. The menu is fantastic, hard to decide what to order since it all looked so good. We decided on turkey avocado sandwich and the chicken wrap and we both had the lentil soup as the side. All of it was delicious without being too much to eat. Staff are friendly and attentive. I wish they were in my neighborhood at home!“

“My girlfriends threw me a party here for my birthday and the service was absolutely wonderful. There were so many of us and yet the food arrived quickly, all the orders were correct and delicious. Great drink selection, fun sushi dishes like Sushi Pizza! We cannot thank you enough for the accommodating service and incredible food!“

“Not from this area but I was craving a burrito. Everyone knows that San Diegos taco shops are the best for fast service Mexican food. I was not disappointed at the taco shop. Burrito came close to tasting like a Burrito from home. I got the California Burrito. Service could be better....lady seemed like she was bothered by my presence, could have been the fact that they were closing. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.“

“Impressive service!,food and atmosphere! THE BEST place in Atascadero to eat. I hate going out to eat (no one cooks as good as home cooking) BUT hands down great food! I loved the patio seating! Not a negative to be found. 40+ year resident and ex waitress . Thank you!!“
