“The pizza was very delicious. The crust was out of this world. Ample cheese, but toppings were very skimpy. The person working at the window didn’t seem to know much about ingredients such as how the dough was made and what was in the white sauce. However, overall very good pizza I would definitely have it again.“

“We love coming to the LA Parisienne every time we we are in town for our vacations. The sandwiches are fantastic. the croissants and baguettes are delicious. the pastries are amazing. It's always a pleasure talking with them. We are looking forward to seeing them again in about another week. This place doesn't disappoint, you will be happy you stopped in. It's totally worth it. “Nice place but... We visited this beautiful restaurant on July 30th For drinks and appetizers. We sat outside on the patio and it was lovely, the food was delicious and the wine very enjoyable. We recognized that we were seated at the table for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours so we continued to order appetizers and dessert while we were enjoying our wine and we also planned on leaving a generous tip. Toward the end of our stay as we were ordering our final glass of wine and dessert and were told by the waitress that she could not serve us anymore alcohol and and it has something to do with the ABC but she could not explain exactly what the issue was. Being in my 60's and never being denied service in my entire life, I was quite taken aback. We were served the dessert but no more alcohol. We paid our bill and walked down the street to another establishment where we continued to have our final glass of wine and watch the sunset and then walk back to the hotel. I'm still baffled by what occurred.“

Don’t miss this special spot when traveling through Highway 41 West, as it is a must for lunch or dinner. Great specials when available, & tasty local beer and wine selections. “We stopped by Lone Madrone because there was a “Bristol” sign out front, and we have a granddaughter named Bristol. We ended up getting a nice tour of the grounds, enjoyed a wine tasting, sampled the Bristol ciders, and feasted on a VERY tasty charcuterie board. The staff at Lone Madrone were very friendly and we enjoyed lots of wonderful conversation. When we left, we took a couple of bottles of wine and some of their Bristol cider to enjoy later. Oh, and it was so good, we became members of the wine club too. We’ve visited several of the wineries in Paso, and I think Lone Madrone might just be my favorite.“

They now have 2 patios—the new one in front is a positive addition, and the original one is still lovely with all the garden plants. Had the best, tender and flavorful roast beef sandwich- a jailhouse (roast beef, pastrami & provolone - a Reuben and calamari strips. It was all perfect!“

“Absolutely love staying at this resort, and the Clubhouse Grill is a large part of that. Lively atmosphere, always friendly servers, and excellent food! Fun to eat outside on the patio while watching live music or golfers (depending on the day), or to eat inside watching sports on the large screen TVs. My husband generally gets the rib eye, and I have a few different favorites.“

“Wow! I mean WOW!!! The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was even better! The restaurant has a very romantic and cozy feel. The temperature in the restaurant was nice enough that the light cardigan I wore did not need removing and I never felt cold. It's candle lit dim lighting right with a crystal clear view of the bay through the cleanest windows I've ever seen.
We ordered the local halibut and the steak dinner and to say they melted in our mouths is an understatement. To top it off we finished with the most phenomenal blueberry cobbler ice cream. I dare say, I will never find an ice cream that amazing ever again. And if the food and the view aren't enough to convince you, the staff is beyond amazing. Our server made great meal reccomendations, never came when we were mid bite, and we never felt rushed while enjoying our meal.
I recommend making reservations in advanced during busier seasons.“

“I'm only giving a star to service because there's even a sign saying you guys are open with normal hours on new years day(today) and I can't order online or even call.

Yet I can walk in with that sign on the door everything being clean, and no one around at 11:30? What's weird is I've never had the app say I can't order nor have i had calls give me the automated voice saying you're closed.“
