I was really skeptical about ordering the pork chop but felt compelled to when I read the reviews. Deanna our waitress (who rocked btw) also suggested I get it, so I let her guide the rest of the decision making. The Whale Bone wine she recommended and the key lime pie desert were all excellent. Decent food but not very original. Prices were reasonable, and wine selection was good. Waitress was knowledgeable about the local wines and very friendly.I had the top sirloin and the salsa it came with really didn't seem to complement it. The asparagus was fine, but very plain.The garlic bread was overly rich.Limited vegetarian options.Really like the little relish plate, wish more restaurants did that!

The service and food was excellent overall. It was a little loud in the large room in the back of the restaurant during dinner. For those interested in an adult beverage with dinner they do not have mixed drinks (beer and wine only). Our dinner was great though and I highly recommend McPhee's.
