The Corvettes of Bakersfield visited Cambria Pines Lodge on Sunday, July 9th for a lovely brunch in the garden room. We had 15 cars and a group of 30. We were welcomed by Angel, who took some group pics for us and led us to a perfectly set room ready to accommodate our group! We watched a soccer game at the bar. Julia was the server at the bar. She was very personable and great fun! She is very efficient, being a bar tender is hard work but she made it look easy. I would come back in the bar just to see Julia.
We came to Cambria Pines Lodge for dinner and good music on a Tuesday night. Our server Jackie was SO awesome, very personable and kind. She knew the menu and gave us great recommendations! The food was so yummy. I had the ravioli dish and my husband had the hamburger dinner plate. We will come back for sure!! The singer was so good too, the songs he sang brought back super sweet memories for both of us! We highly recommend Cambria Pines Lodge restaurant!

While the restaurant's atmosphere is beautiful, the vinyl tablecloths are noticeably dated. The menu provides a variety of options, including the highly enjoyed Chicken Piccata, prepared with capers, artichoke, and a delicious creamy sauce, accompanied by fresh and well-prepared mashed potatoes and a vegetable side. The Filet Mignon is also very good, and the Crème Brûlée is fantastic. The daily specials are always delicious and picture-perfect.
For breakfast, the continental-style offerings include scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, and coffee, providing a great way to start the day. Outdoor dining offers a scenic atmosphere, and the service is fantastic, with staff accommodating special requests. The pan-seared scallops are a must-try, as they are perfectly cooked, tender, and served on wilted greens with a creamy mushroom sauce.
