“We got there right after opening, so the chips for the table weren't quite ready, which was fine because that meant we got super fresh chips! And they were perfect, as was the salsa that came with. We both got chorizo breakfast burritos, and they were SO GOOD! Not going to lie, it did mess my stomach up a bit, but it was so yummy that I would still go order it again.“

“Haven’t even gotten my meal and I’m giving this place five stars! Great service great menu, the margaritas were dialed. Get the tamarindo one… trust. Atmosphere is amazing and the smell from the kitchen is nourishing in itself. Food just came and yeah I don’t ice anywhere near king city but I’m coming back“

“After an awful experience at the Rising Phoenix just 3mins away, we found this cute little place.
Came in and it felt nice and cozy. Not loud, no obnoxious kids running around. Cozy, quiet and intimate for valentine's day. The family was wonderful. We ordered one small and large pizza and bread twist--when I say ive nvr had such delicious bread twists! Delicious!
We were on our way out with our two pizzas and the owner came out, rushed, because we forgot our bread twists!! Then he offered to bring them to us--to our car.
For reals, those bread twists were fire!
Next morning I questioned our decision as to why we did take out instead of dine in.“

“At first so was disappointed with the portions of this to go meal, but was surprisingly full when it came down to the last tortilla that came with it. This dish is very spicy and so good! The only issue I had was the shrimp tasted like chalk as it wasn’t fresh.“

“Went here during our overnight in King City. The place is pretty cool! Located right in the heart of King City downtown. A local owned place and very friendly family operated. Locals come here to dine so it got the best good. The prices are very reasonable and pretty tasty. Ordered the octopus & shrimp tostada and grilled shrimp with octopus in some kind of red sauce and a very tasty mango margarita. The seafoods are fresh and generous portion. Chip and salsa were brought out to the table when you sat down. The e tire family iis at the restaurant and makes you feel like you are coming home for dinner. Go here to support your local business owners.“

All the Szechuan and Hunan dishes you love and miss from the East Coast are here. Short of flying 5–6 hours back home, this place and one other spot in King City are your only real options — and this is easily the better choice. The food is fresher and clearly higher quality 🗽🍲“

“Not bad and the price is right. Unfortunately for your average customer, this place can get really busy. The last time we stopped in there was a 55 minute wait. We ended up doing something else for dinner. But otherwise the staff is friendly and efficient and the pizza is consistently good, not the greatest I've ever had, but pretty good. Also the wings are terrific! Hits the spot!“

“On the way to San Francisco I stopped by and after so many years of staying away from Denny's, now I love it. The coffee has always been good, but the food was surprisingly very good. The service was good as well. So on the way back I stopped by again. Best of all was the price.“

“What a gem of a spot! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful with special attention to detail. Don’t be fooled by the nondescript exterior and old-school diner decor - the quality of the food and the skill of the chef/owner are levels above your typical diner. This will be a regular spot on our road trips. Highly recommend!“
