Wildhorse Cafe is a classic American diner with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of a bygone era. This family-friendly restaurant serves great food, including homemade fruit jam and delicious pies like cherry pie. The fresh homemade blueberry pie with ice cream has received praise as being fantastic. Customers have mentioned that the food is very flavorful, with generous portions that are sure to fill anyone up. The retro-style counter and big tables create a cozy old school vibe, making it a perfect roadside stop for travelers, including those driving 18-wheelers, as there is ample parking for big rigs.
Visitors can enjoy a nice breakfast or a quick meal during their road trip, with friendly and hospitable staff ensuring kind treatment. While the breakfast burritos are very good, some customers have noted that prices can be higher than what is listed online. The turkey club has been highlighted as a standout item, reminiscent of a homemade Thanksgiving sandwich but even better. Overall, it is a great spot to try when driving the 101, where visitors can enjoy great food and beverages surrounded by symbols of American history.
