The staff is nice.
Carls Jr in King City was nearly empty the entire time I was there. The staff were nice, but the staff packaged my lunch to go when I clearly told the cashier it was to dine in, then a different staff looked at me funny (glared) when my meal was ready and in a bag but I was sitting at a booth. No big deal, I just felt unheard and uncomfortable.
