I had multiple bakery items. Everything was great and authentic. I wanted to try more options because everything looked delicious but I already bought more than I could eat. There were several great food selections on this street, including this one. I was just passing through for one night, if I ever pass by again I'll definitely stop in this town again! I definitely recommend for someone looking for a good location to stop for a treat.
My first time trying this bakery and it was a real treat. Its a small bakery and market that sells homemade tortillas and tamales. They also have a fridge stocked with beer, water, and soft drinks. The Mexican sweet bread here is sooo good. I picked up some conchas and another bread - that I don't know the name of (see posted pic). The bread was fresh and airy.. so light and not too sweet. The dough for tamales is very good, the cookies and chips for chilaquiles, what I buy the most, fair prices if we go because everything has gone up a lot, the people who serve are very friendly and fast service.
