Was 8:30, patrons still inside both female employees said it was closed. Asked the guy taking out the trash if they were closed, he looked at them and couldn't answer.

Bright bakery/restaurant spot with a broad menu of Mexican dishes and sweets. We had carnitas on freshly-made tortillas, chili relleno, sides of creamy-smooth beans and rice, and strawberry-pineapple agua fresca. Delicious. Many customers are local, and this looks to be a very popular spot here. Our second stop in the last year, on the road between LA and San Luis Obispo.

Hours of closing for today Saturday 3/30/24 is 9pm, I came at 8:50pm doors were locked and all lights were off, I can see employees cleaning, I understand you guys want to go home but if this is the case then you should move the closing time earlier. Hopefully someone talks to the night crew, this is not the first time .

This incredible bakery is a must stop! Delicious and huge array of baked goods, plus breakfast, lunch, and dessert. I had the best chile relleno I’ve ever eaten. Everything is freshly made and delicious. They have mole, tres leches, cookies cakes, as well as tacos, tortas, and more.

This was a perfect stop between LA and the Bay Area! Great food (the fish tacos were big and tasty), a large assortment of baked goods, and fresh hot coffee at 3:00 in the afternoon. Lots of seating both inside and outside. Clean restrooms. We will be back!

While I was waiting to pay for my food I saw a mouse coming from the restroom and going behind the counter. I told the employees but they didn’t seem to be interested. Never again. Health Department was notified.

I live in Arkansas and we visit family in KC once a year and we always have to stop by. Best burritos, gorditas and bread. We always pick up variety of food before we hit the road.
