I ordered a Ranchero burrito, didn't wait to long, but when I got the burrito there was only 3 tiny pieces of meat, the rest was just rice and beans, on top of that it was falling apart from the get go not wrapped properly. More expensive than anywhere else and less food. Will never go here again.

Great tacos. I definitely want to go back for the enchiladas. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Worth getting off the 101! Traveling back to San Jose we stopped in King City and found this restaurant. First, the service was great. The young man behind the counter patiently answered our questions and willing offered recommendations. The food was amazing and prepared fresh. They also had real Coke with sugar not HFC. Well worth the stop.

Mucho espacio para comer. Baño limpio. Y sobre todo la comida riquísima, muchas gracias por un buen servicio!

Ate inside and food was tasty. Ordered two dishes Mojarra Frita (fried fish, rice, beans) and the Quesadilla Michoacana with carne asada. Both plates were big. The Quesadilla is on a big football sized homemade tortilla. The fish also came with homemade tortilla. We order Mojarra everywhere that has it and this one was average. Fish was big but kind of mushy like it was frozen. Rice and beans had good flavor. Never had a Michoacana style quesadilla but it tasted good and had lots of meat, cheese, crema and fixings. There inside dining was open while the place across the street was still take out only.

I came to update my review and don't see my first one I left a week ago.. Did you delete my first review??? My worker said he got two days of diaria after your overcharged small portion meal. All you can do is to delete honest reviews? Shame on you and your business! Don't come here, save health and money!

The best Mexican food I've had stateside. This isn't an exaggeration. The prices reflect the quality and care that goes into this food. I will literally drive on 101 rather than the 5 to LA to eat here.

One of the more authentic Mexican restaurants in King city. My favorite dish is Mojito Frita. Twice cooked fish with refried beans rice and salad. My wife who is from Japan swears by this recipe. I'm not all that crazy about the chili rellenos' which Is usually the dish I judge Mexican restaurants by. For those I prefer Guadalajara which is about half a block away.

Traveling back to the Bay Area from a SoCal college tour with my students, we stopped in a small town and found Lorena's Taqueria. A quintessential "mom and pop" restaurant, Lorena's Taqueria welcomed all 15 of my hungry students without any advanced notice. When I say "welcomed," I mean smiles and that hospitality that you would find only in a small town with familiar faces and "regulars". With a staff of maybe 3 or 4 people, they made all of our orders quickly, hot and ready, fresh off the stove. The tortillas were homemade; I mentioned that I was allergic to flour, and within minutes, he had produced a corn tortilla to wrap the love within a burrito. The food was tasty, fresh, flavorful. Can't beat "momma's cooking"! We even met Lorena and her family, and they were gracious enough to let us take a picture with her family. Good honest folks and a tight-knit family business. Hospitality goes a long way; we must be more grateful for our essential workers; they take care of us, so we must take care of them.

At first so was disappointed with the portions of this to go meal, but was surprisingly full when it came down to the last tortilla that came with it. This dish is very spicy and so good! The only issue I had was the shrimp tasted like chalk as it wasn’t fresh.

The food tasted fine (though the chicken tacos were watery), but I was shocked by the portion sizes in relation to the prices. The plates are school-cafeteria style, with small sections for various items. That's all you get! And I paid more than $14 for three tacos, rice and beans.

People here are friendly and the service is very good. I got the lengua quesadilla with corn tortilla (I was so hungry that I ate it before taking a decent picture). My boyfriend got the al pastor quesadilla with flour tortilla. Both tasted great!
