Great old style roadside café. The food was delicious The service was friendly, attentive, and engaging. The menu items received were an excellent value for the price paid.

I took one bite of the entire plate before deciding to write a review. But this is ridiculous. Overpriced food for such a small amount. I get more portion at McDonalds. The plate came just as you see it. Barely any fries and the sandwich itself is TINY

We “landed” at the Wildhorse cafe quite by chance during our road trip around.. What a wonderful surprise! Of course the homemade pies are amazing... look like Ma Dalton's in LUCKY Luke! Everything is good, fresh, homemade... a real movie set from the 50s. All at very reasonable prices! Stop without fail!

Went out of our way to get to this 4.2 Average Trip Advisor rated restaurant. Should have gone to Denny’s! Place was dirty, sausage patty was burned to a crisp on one side. Biscuits were the definition of Hard tack! Obviously out of the oven days ago and warmed up in a microwave that made them like concrete! Asked for eggs poached medium and they were barely cooked. $40 for 2 breakfasts which were the worst meals we have had all year and we only had water to drink.

Popped in here for a refreshment drink on route to Pismo Beach
Fantastic cafe with great food and beverages.
The fresh homemade blueberry pie with ice cream was to die for. Wow.
Friendly staff, ample seating and great symbols of American history in abundance.
Outside more history with classic cars.
Try it when driving the 101.
You won't be disappointed.

With not much around, this place is pretty good. The food is hot and fresh and filling...the crew working here are very friendly and hospitable. Cozy old school atmosphere. Trucker friendly aswell, plenty of parking for big rigs.

Very good breakfast burritos but price was higher than online menu on their own site. Menu shows $8.75 but price at restaurant was $10.88, plus $4 if want all three meats. If you are passing by and feeling the hunger set in…stop by.
