A lovely gem! Such a friendly and nice staff who won us over as soon as we walked in with “would your dog like a pup cup?”. A good selection of flavors and delicious waffle cones. Will definitely make a stop whenever we’re in the area!

They have Tahoe Time Coffee on the side is the building. 7:45AM and they are closed. What a joke.

Worker was very rude, acted annoyed at having to do his job.

Was disappointed to see they didn’t have any dairy-free ice cream options, but I was hungry so I got the Shave Ice. Worst Shave Ice ever!! I’m really not sure how you can screw up Shave Ice, but seriously, it was awful. The whole ball of shave ice instantly froze up and was rock solid, inedible with the plastic spoon, and the crappy cup wouldn’t sit flat on the table, so the attempted stabs at the ice were awkward and ineffective. I went in to see what they could do about it, and they actually offered me a refund, claiming the ice machine was messed up. I was happy with that response, and wouldn’t have written this review, except then I realized they didn’t actually refund me the amount that they had charged me. So now I feel like the first guy was just making up prices.

Don't think, just stop and order a waffle. Toppings included in ice cream price, so kids can go wild. Support your local small businesses!

We happened to come here on the last day of the season in November (aka: free ice cream day!).
Even if we HAD paid for it, it was delicious ice cream. There was a wood burning stove, lots of cool things to look at on thr walls, and fun little details from the parking lot all the way to the hot cocoa bar.
My bf and I already are planning on coming back next time we're in Tahoe.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. The ice cream was very affordable and the different flavors along with variety were excellent. Definitely can’t wait to go back to this amazing ice cream spot!

Very good ice cream and excellent service. The inside of the store looks pretty tired. However, the outside seating in the back is quite nice and shielded from the traffic noise on route 28. There are a few toys for young children. Check it out.
