Thought this place was gonna be nice from the reviews, I got the worse service from the guy working there treated white fokes infant of me good but as soon as I try to order some seems like he wanted me to leave cleanly not the service the ppl infront of me got, i did feel a bit racist atmosphere in there wouldn't recommend latinos to go in there if that's the way they act with latinos

Ice cream was amazing! Even better was the customer service. I stopped by with my kid today for a little birthday treat. She was treated so kindly it really blew me away. I will definitely be stopping here every year when we come up. What a treat!

Sweet Tahoe Time is a charming little shop located in Old North Lake Tahoe. Its exterior is often surrounded by ducks, while the interior features a cozy, log cabin ambiance. There is so much character inside from the decorations, fireplace, and even free diapers in the bathroom! They offer a variety of coffee drinks, hot cocoa, apple cider, yogurt, and ice cream--with unlimited toppings! We tried the ice cream, which is sourced from Gunther's, and found it to be premium and creamy. We sampled half of the flavors, each so delightful and high quality. They are particularly attentive to allergies, ensuring to change out tubs and spoons as needed. The service was exceptional. Finch, who served us, was incredibly hospitable, kind, and informative. We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area and highly recommend a visit!

This is pretty much the most family friendly place I have seen. We were walking by and decided to come check it out. Our 2 year old immediately found the bike rack filled with all of the tricycles and scooters and was ready to have a blast. The back patio is huge and everything is so dog and child friendly. Staff was super friendly and came out to say hi to the pup and give him his pup cup. The ice cream and coffee were both really enjoyable. We had such a good time hanging out here we came back the next day. We will certainly be back.

The owner is so kind! Went here during my little mini vacation in Tahoe for our anniversary! Such a cute place near the lake. Owner is so funny and kind, and so welcoming! The hot chocolate is incredible! Definitely recommend this place during your time in Tahoe!!

The ice cream is fantastic. No milk shakes but for straight up ice cream and sorbet it's the best. I highly recommend the salted caramel ice cream. A must stop on the way back from Kings Beach.

I had scoops of chocolate peanut butter swirl, caribou caramel, and strawberry cheese cake. I've eaten ice cream in the U.S. since I was kid, and I've had it at various places around the world. This is the best ice cream I've had.
