I just want to take a moment and say thank you to the staff at Me N Ed’s Kingsburg. They’re always so friendly and nice but specifically Robert. He is the definition of customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone leaves with a positive experience. I hope whoever his supervisors see this, as I’m sure they know, good help is hard to find.
You advertise a Large 3 item pizza for $19.99, and I specifically ask AND order it...and the receipt shows $25.50 and the justification is a $3.51 discount...the math 25.50-3.51 =21.99...??? The receipt shows the deception...Not cool Me'n Ed's...Not cool...
We went for dinner and reserved the game area. The pizza was great! Service was 50/50 from the staff. The game area wasn't great. Some of the games ate money and there's a sign that says no refunds. That part was disappointing because we wanted the kids to be able to play.
