June 2023: After attending an event & walking through the beautiful Descanso Gardens, my friend and I had walked up an appetite! We decided to take a break and eat at The Kitchen at Descanco! The food was so fresh and delicious and the location is simply wonderful. Peaceful and you can take in the scenery and the food is all very good and fresh! I ordered the black bean hummus and had the pasta salad with asparagus as well as a wonderful chicken salad with delicious plums. Would do it again, soon!

The atmosphere is great. Nice environment. We each had a hot dog, chips,and their yummy pink lemonade. The hot dog was delicious with a nice presentation. More like a designer dog. Pink lemonade is a must here. The only reason I gave 4stars is because of their high prices, otherwise excellent food.
