Blaze Pizza

Very good pizzas! Cool concept with choosing your toppings. Nice staff, but the toilets need to be looked at, at least the men's room.

It has gotten too expensive for an individual pizza . Lunch for my wife and I was $40. And I consider it a fast food lunch.

We are fussy about food. We keep coming back to La Canada Blaze. The staff is always enthusiastic and accommodating. My 20 month old grandson danced a jig on news his dad was picking up pizza last night and ate a half himself. One negative note. The pizza is best when piping hot. We ordered online and specified a pick-up time. My son arrived ten minutes early to find that the pizzas were already boxed and cooling on the counter. We should wait for our food. Our food should not wait for us.

Sometimes it can be difficult to get the make-your-own option done exactly as you like either because it can often get busy or they aren't paying close enough attention. To be fair, I'm talking mostly about special requests, like extra mushrooms (last visit was the first time they actually gave me what seemed like extra).

I ate at home so atmosphere was great. Build your pizza and smores dessert were delicious. I loved every bite.

This place gets busy at lunch hour especially at summertime when kids are left to fend for themselves while parents are working. Parking is not too bad unless it happens to a really hot day and have to park at the top of the two story parking structure.
The food is always great here staff is friendly, just keep in mind, they are BUSY all the time!

Soapbox time:
I was in a few days ago for an online order pick up and had a little mishap with my order. I must say the, manager? Or head person there handled it amazingly! She did not lose her cool and kept working through the mishap all the while trying to make our order right!

She truly went above and beyond to get it right! I did feel bad after bringing it to their attention and visibly being annoyed with the situation but I did acknowledge that I saw they were busy and were working hard!!! I mean WORKING HARD!!!

She and her team worked together to help me out and again all while not skipping a beat with new orders coming in and out of the oven! No attitude, no “it must have been the customer’s fault” just let us get this right.

I was so impressed with this! Most impressed with HER! she’s a GOOD leader!

I tried to order delivery and two out of the three pizzas I ordered arrived. I really didn’t want to make a seen but I was charged for three and wasn’t getting a refund. I was on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to a real person. When I was finally connected the person on the phone was careless and continued to hang up on me, after my fourth time reconnecting with them they said I would get a refund but they hung up before the could get my info how was I going to get my money back. Although a little ticked I tried to brush it off. The next day I tried to order again but this time for pick up. On one of my pizzas I asked for ranch drizzle, I got home and opened the box just to see barbecue sauce drizzled on in puddles. Not to mention while I was waiting to pick them up the staff seemed rude and uninterested. I double checked the box in case I was wrong but the box said ranch drizzle. I hate causing a scene but is it really to much to ask that they follow what’s written on the order? Overall I won’t be coming back here and until whatever is going on is fixed.

Drink fridge smells like mildew and mold. Seats are torn in dining area. Music is too loud to hear workers behind counter. Food is decent. Service is good.

One of our favorite places. Very hard working staff. Pizza and salad were really good. I get half pizza and half salad. I like it that I can tell the staff member what to put on my pizza. That's fun. I got my own drink while I waited for the pizza. You can eat inside or outside. I highly recommend Blaze Pizza ?.
